Colours

Ink, cream, and gold.

A near-black canvas, warm cream for text, and a single gold for everything that matters. Click any value to copy it.

Ink
#0B0B0C
The primary background. Nearly black, never pure #000 — it should feel like deep ink, not a void.
Cream
#F4F1EC
Body text and the outer ring. Warm off-white — carries most of the words on the page.
Gold
#C9A96B
The one accent. Eyebrows, rules, the underline, the seal's ring. The spice, not the meal.
Gold — light
#D9BD83
For italic counter-lines and the monogram. A brighter gold used on headline emphasis.
Restraint over volume. Ink and cream carry the page. Gold appears on maybe one element in ten. If a screen has more than a few gold marks, take some away.
Typography

Three typefaces. All free.

Cinzel for the seal, Cormorant Garamond for headlines, Inter for everything else. All Google Fonts.

Voice & Tone

How we write.

Editorial, restrained, precise. We write for established buyers who can tell when they're being marketed at.

Do

"We work only in the buyer’s interest, from brief to settlement."
  • Lead with the buyer's situation — relocating, investing from abroad, securing a base — then the method.
  • Be specific: suburbs, timelines, comparables, disclosed commissions.
  • Write like a private practice — measured sentences, one idea at a time.
  • Speak to one person, not "clients" or "users".
  • Say when to walk away. Restraint reads as confidence.

Don't

"An AI-powered, seamless property platform that disrupts the market."
  • PropTech or start-up language — "platform", "leverage", "seamless", "disrupt".
  • The origin story or visa codes in public copy.
  • Invented scale — no fabricated dollars transacted or years in market.
  • Hype, exclamation marks, or emojis.
  • Generic lines any agency could have written. Rewrite them.
